Description

As the name implies, “urundai” refers to a ball and “nei” stands for ghee. Nei urundai is essentially a ladoo from Pasiparippu. It’s a tiny ball of roasted dal mixture that has been sweetened and is excellent as a jar snack. The nicest thing about pasiparippu ladoo is that it may be prepared ahead of time and left unrefrigerated for a few weeks.
